About this animal
The Argentine Horned Frog (Ceratophrys ornata) — better known as the Pacman Frog — is a sit-and-wait predator that spends most of its life half-buried, waiting to ambush anything that moves past. Their enormous mouths and round shape make them instantly recognizable. Hardy, inexpensive to feed, and requiring minimal space, they make excellent display animals.
